We are based just outside Tarragona, less than an hour from Barcelona airport.

We can offer retreat for those that wish to escape from the trials of modern life here on our small olive farm where you can devote yourself to relaxation and regeneration.

Deep in the "Alt Camp" Catalunya - yet only 25 minutes from downtown Barcelona on the fast train, we have olives, oranges, figs, carob, lemons, almonds and fruits and veg aplenty.

We even have a meditation "pod" if you need  complete escape from the hullabaloo!

 Nubia’s flow  classes will take you through varied sequences that are fun, novel and will have you moving outside the box.

My objective is to make you forge new connections; body -brain &brain body, to help you enhance meaningful skills like balance and coordination.

These classes are  accessible to all levels of ability and experience. They are progressive, with different paths to choose from along the way.
